The first stop will be at Cala Azzurra, one of the most beautiful and evocative places on the island where the water is tinged with a thousand shades reminiscent of an exotic place. This will be the right time to put on your fins and mask and explore the marine world!</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em"><br /></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:rgb( 87 , 100 , 111 );margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">At 11:00. we will reach Cala Rossa, recognized among the most beautiful coves in Italy, located in the northeastern part of Favignana. Cala Rossa has an intense contrast of colors between the turquoise blue waters and the acrid-colored rocks that surround it giving it a unique, almost dreamlike appearance. At 12:00 we will reach the pier to disembark on the island where you can spend about 1 hour and explore the alleys dotted with ancient stores.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em"><br /></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:rgb( 87 , 100 , 111 );margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">At 13:00 we will sail to Levanzo divided from Favignana by 3 nautical miles, approximately 20 minutes of navigation. Here the stop will be at the Faraglioni where it will be time for a break for light lunch accompanied by good Sicilian wine. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em"><br /></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">We will then sail to reach Cala Fridda in the south of the island. Here the clear waters are characterized by a cooler temperature given the presence of springs. At 16:30 we will then arrive at Cala Minnola, which is so named because of the small fish that inhabit it, clearly visible by snorkeling. Here we will have a small aperitif accompanied by prosecco before taking the road to Marsala where we will arrive around 18:00.</p>

An archaeological guide (optional) will unveil the deeds and ancient battles of the peoples who have succeeded here, making this journey in past centuries and in the architecture that has come down to us even more interesting. We will observe the sandy coast of this part of Sicily having lunch (optional) directly on a beach terrace with a menu based on fish and typical local products. During the class you will prepare the authentic sicilian Limoncello with the lemons that the chef grows in her land nearby the Nebrodi park, and a full course sicilian menu based on fish, meat or vegetarian on request, totally three dishes.
Our meeting point is at 10.30 am at Porta Carini, entrance gate to Capo Market, where we pick up all the fresh ingredients we need for our cooking class. Afterwords we will be in our location situated in a charming historical and noble XVII cent. Palazzo, located in front of the Cathedral called Palazzo Asmundo. Here we will cook for all the morning. What you will prepare is a full course sicilian menu based on fish, meat or vegetarian on request, totally three dishes. We will start from an appetizer of local olives cheeses and Monreale bread with extravergine olive oil with a glass of wine. However the menu is seasonal, so it changes. During the class you will prepare the authentic sicilian Limoncello with the lemons that the chef grows in her land nearby the Nebrodi park.<br/><br/>At the end of our cooking day you will receive the certificate signed by the Chef and a small botthe of our home-made limoncello to carry back home!
