<p>Since a long time ago vineyards and olive trees are cultivated and grown in our territory, from these products real delights are produced: the wine and the olive oil of Euganean Hills.</p><p>Olive oil is certainly a source of proud of this area: we’ll visit an olive oil mill, where the producers will show us the art of olive oil production, and they will guide us while tasting the final product.</p><p>We chose for you, then, one of the best wineries of this area, where you will taste wines paired with local products.</p><p>Here the particular volcanic origin of the soil and the good climate allows the cultivation of various vines. The meeting point is at the Tap Room of the Micro Brewery Delphin in Roccascalegna, from where the guide will accompany the participants to the artisan village of the Medieval Castle of Roccascalegna, all the way up to the castle.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">After the visit, the participants will return to the Tap Room, where they can access the terrace or the interior to receive the "box experience" and take part in a craft beer tasting session. The tasting will include three beers and will be accompanied by typical local delicacies, guided by the brewmaster. Among the products in the tasting, there will be four varieties of cow's milk cheese, pizza scima, salted ferratelle, hand-cut prosciutto, and pallotte cace e ove with tomato sauce. The craft beers offered will include four types, with the possibility to taste three 10cl samples each.</p>
