During this phase, the basics of winemaking theory will be provided, in the light of which the information on production provided by the producer will be explored.</li><li style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Cellar history</li><li style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Wine tasting: basic notions of sensory analysis and tasting techniques combined with hot and cold gastronomic preparations will be introduced, so that food and wine pairings can be hypothesised, tested and verified in the form of a didactic workshop.</li></ul>
