The route follows the ancient charcoal burners' mule tracks and intricate passages used by shepherds who inhabited these mountains for millennia. Despite the considerable elevation gain, the first day's walk is the most accessible and provides a good introduction to the challenges of the following days. The trail finally becomes less rugged, and dense holm oak forests will provide shade for much of the way. From the last rope rappel, you will reach Cala Sisine, for a rejuvenating dip in the sea.<br />From the beach you will walk 2 km to reach the meeting point with the off-road vehicles, which will take you back to Rifugio Goloritzè to spend the last evening with your fellow adventurers. In the afternoon the wonderful Cala Luna awaits you, where you can enjoy dinner with products at km 0 of the territory, and then sleep in a tent. The next day you can enjoy a swim in the beautiful waters of Cala Luna and a walk on the beach before heading back to the mountains. At about 9:30 am you will walk through woods, valleys and codule in a path in the woods in the Gulf of Orosei up to 500 meters where for lunch you will stop in a cuile, the typical hut of mountain shepherds. In the afternoon you will arrive at the beach of Cala Sisine, where a lovely sea and a delicious dinner in the restaurant awaits you.
