The VESPA, blazing red, awaits you in Porto San Giorgio, and once you have received your road book you can set out on the itinerary we have designed for you. This includes 81 km of total route all dotted with intact villages, where you can breathe tranquility, medieval atmosphere and intrigued faces. The first stop on the way is Campofilone: in this small village there are some pasta factories as they produce a type of egg pasta, similar to the very famous tagliolini. The village is quite small so the visit will be quick, but it will be fun to delve into a pasta factory and perhaps buy Maccheroncini. Continuing on the itinerary, the second stop will be in Montefiore. Part of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" family, it is a village that still holds many gastronomic traditions such as the Maialata or Castagnata. Continuing on the tour, the third stop is Cossignano, which is located in the center of the provice. Surrounded by mighty walls atop its perched position, it boasts an excellent and internationally recognized oil and wine tradition. Offida, the fourth stop on the tour will be very special because here, a wine tasting awaits you at one of the best wineries in the Marche region (in our unreliable judgment :D). Offida is probably the most beautiful of the villages on the tour, as well as being the most populous center. Among its streets, you can still see ladies working at the "tombolo" this little tool for producing refined and minute lace. The tasting we have booked for you includes 3 wines, from the area. Obviously safety is at the top of our priorities so we advise you to go immediately to the tasting location to have enough time to walk around the village and let the alcohol level return to 0, before leaving again for Ripatransone. The latter boasts of being an orange flag of the Touring Club and is called the belvedere of the Piceno because of its panoramic position; you can also find the narrowest alleys in Italy among the town's alleys. You can walk there but we don't recommend going there on a VESPA. The last little gem to see on the way back is Massignano now just a few kilometers from the coast. Given the proximity to the sea here you will find good seafood restaurants. The itinerary then draws to an end, returning to the starting point but after having had a glimpse of nature, culture and good typical flavors.

The difference in altitude is important and develops mainly in the first part and at the beginning of the second. The ascent on the limestone in some very exposed points to be dealt with carefully presents in some stretches the need to keep to some safety steel cables anchored to the rock and an iron ladder to overcome to get to the most famous stretch for its beauty scenic and photos of ritual with the view of Sugar Loaf from above. The excursion continues with no less effort and with a continuous ups/downs that allows you to get to the Grand Canal allowing in the hottest periods opportunities for a bath and break for packed lunch. The route has no emergency exit points as almost completely not accessible by vehicles, including off-road vehicles. The first stop will be at Cala Azzurra, one of the most beautiful and evocative places on the island where the water is tinged with a thousand shades reminiscent of an exotic place. This will be the right time to put on your fins and mask and explore the marine world! At 11:00. we will reach Cala Rossa, recognized among the most beautiful coves in Italy, located in the northeastern part of Favignana. Cala Rossa has an intense contrast of colors between the turquoise blue waters and the acrid-colored rocks that surround it giving it a unique, almost dreamlike appearance. At 12:00 we will reach the pier to disembark on the island where you can spend about 1 hour and explore the alleys dotted with ancient stores. At 13:00 we will sail to Levanzo divided from Favignana by 3 nautical miles, approximately 20 minutes of navigation. You will meet your English-speaking, official tour guide and fellow travellers at Siena railway station early in the morning. Board the coach which will take you to the Chianti: here the bike riding adventure begins. However, before we begin riding, you will be given a chance to familiarise yourself with the e-bikes and equipment. Technology has certainly made it easier to bike in this world-famous cyclists' paradise. You can adjust your bike's setting to the difficulty level you would prefer, depending on whether you would like the bike to do most of the work or whether you would prefer the exercise yourself. Fitted with silent motors, these e-bikes allow you to experience the sights, sounds and peace of the Tuscan landscape. We will cycle along quiet back roads for 20 km, far away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Lasting an average of 3 hours, we will ride through orderly vineyard rows, charming olive groves, cool thick forests and tranquil villages. Breaking an otherwise traditional Chianti landscape, are several unusual modern artworks which are installed along country roads and even among the vegetation! We will take frequent breaks along the road to take in the splendid views, enjoy the fresh air and stretch tired legs. Just before we reach our lunch destination, we will stop at a wonderfully restored 15th century building which used to be a monastery. Meander through the cloisters and the beautiful Renaissance gardens, before we view the stunning chapel. The chapel itself is known as "Little Sistine" and has a wealth of frescoes that have survived through the ages. You also have the option to sample some local wines here. Our final bike ride is a short distance away, and will lead us to a family-managed wine estate. We will explore the winery's vineyards and cellars, and find out how wine is produced here. After a very physical day, we will sit down to platters of delicious local fare, olive oil and the farm's very own wine. The van will take us back to Siena railway station after a 7-hour bike riding experience. It's not every day that we can enjoy a very intimate Tuscan adventure.
