This includes 81 km of total route all dotted with intact villages, where you can breathe tranquility, medieval atmosphere and intrigued faces.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em"><br /></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">The first stop on the way is Campofilone: in this small village there are some pasta factories as they produce a type of egg pasta, similar to the very famous tagliolini. The village is quite small so the visit will be quick, but it will be fun to delve into a pasta factory and perhaps buy Maccheroncini. Continuing on the itinerary, the second stop will be in Montefiore. Part of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" family, it is a village that still holds many gastronomic traditions such as the Maialata or Castagnata.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em"><br /></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Continuing on the tour, the third stop is Cossignano, which is located in the center of the provice. Offida, the fourth stop on the tour will be very special because here, a wine tasting awaits you at one of the best wineries in the Marche region (in our unreliable judgment :D). Offida is probably the most beautiful of the villages on the tour, as well as being the most populous center. Given the proximity to the sea here you will find good seafood restaurants. We will tell you about our identity through a guided tour, walking through the vineyards, talking about fermentation in the steel room and ending the visit in our barrel room. All accompanied
It starts with a walk through our vineyards, telling you about the 11 grape varieties that we grow with organic and sustainable practices. The visit continues to the cellar, where we will then visit the cellar gravity flow method. Finally, we will find out where we aged our wines in the barrel room.
At the end of the tour, we will have a guided tasting of 4 of our wines (indicatively 2 DOC wines, 1 IGT white wine, 1 IGT red wine) paired with a fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese, local Salami.
