How food and wine have been thriving in this territory.</p><p>As you were a bohemien, we will start the tour with a <strong>chocolate experience</strong>. Try firstly <strong>Bicerin</strong>, the traditional hot cup receipe consumed in these '800 century cafès. </p><p>We will move than to explore how local chocolatiers have worked cocoa for our happinness. Sampling a selection of <strong>traditional chocolates</strong> like Gianduitto, Cremino and Cri Cri and moving to premium dark versions made with Criollo. Talking about the global sourcing issues and challanges. </p><p>Turin has been developing as a community of citizens from all the regions of Italy, each one bringing over their own recipes and traditions.</p><p>From the closest seaside of the city near <strong>Cinque Terre sample the Focaccia Ligure</strong> from a family shops and experience how great olive oil plays together with a fluffy and tasty bake.</p><p><strong>Turin and Piedmont are famous for its wines,</strong> from vineyards in the slopes of Alps.
