Spend plenty of time exploring the old town, taking photos at the <strong>panoramic view points</strong>, and dipping your toes into the sparkling water.</p>
<p>Next, we will take a ten minute train ride to <strong>Vernazza</strong>. This old town is still widely used by <strong>local fisherman</strong>, and if you are lucky, you will see them returning from a morning’s work in their tiny boats. The <strong>delightful harbor</strong> feels like a step back in time, where you can enjoy views of the emerald water, <strong>colorful buildings</strong>, and children playing! Take a stroll through the alleyways and <strong>artesanal stores</strong> before heading to the next town.</p>
<p>Your third stop of the day will be <strong>Monterosso</strong>, about ten minutes away by train. This town is most famous for its wide, <strong>white sand beach</strong>. Spend some time relaxing under the sun, swimming in the crystal blue water, and exploring the <strong>old town</strong>. Be sure to try some of the town’s <strong>homemade pesto </strong>before heading to the next town!</p>
<p>We will travel to our last stop of the day, <strong>Riomaggiore</strong>, by <strong>scenic boat ride</strong>. Admire the unique perspective of the high cliffs, blue water, and brightly colored villages from the sea! Feel the breeze on your skin and take plenty of photos until we reach Riomaggiore.</p>
<p>In <strong>Riomaggiore</strong>, enjoy the astonishing, <strong>panoramic views of the village</strong> perched high in the cliffs. As the sun begins to go down, the water will glow gold over the nature port, and the homes will have a special afternoon shine. <p>With this excursion we will allow you to discover the nature of the Euganean Hills, an area of about 19,000 square meters of volcanic hills that rise from the Paduan-Venetian plain a few kilometers south of Venice.</p><p>We will reach the heart of the Euganean Hills by minivan where we will begin the walk on Mount Venda, the highest hill in the Euganean Hills and the only real mountain thanks to its height of over 600 m. Along the Lorenzoni path we will reach the<br></p><p>Benedictine monastery of the Olivetani: medieval monastery dedicated to St. John the Baptist of which the perimeter walls of part of the church, the bell tower and the crypt remain. <p>Since a long time ago vineyards and olive trees are cultivated and grown in our territory, from these products real delights are produced: the wine and the olive oil of Euganean Hills.</p><p>Olive oil is certainly a source of proud of this area: we’ll visit an olive oil mill, where the producers will show us the art of olive oil production, and they will guide us while tasting the final product.</p><p>We chose for you, then, one of the best wineries of this area, where you will taste wines paired with local products.</p><p>Here the particular volcanic origin of the soil and the good climate allows the cultivation of various vines. Among the white wines: the Serprino, biotype of the Glera vine, is the “volcanic” version of Prosecco; the Pinot bianco; the Garganega, the Chardonnay and Manzoni. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmènere have found space among the reds. Between a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the cellar and several wine tastings paired with typical local products we will listen to the wise tale of the winemakers about the expressions of their best wines.</p>

The walk continues to Porta Borsari, the ancient city gate where history tells us that the “borsari”, tax collectors for entering and leaving the walls of Verona, were stationed. During the walk we will pass by many historic buildings, each steeped in its own history that will make us take a step back in time.
The next stop will be Ponte di Pietra, the oldest Roman monument in Verona, from where we will be able to read the history of the great historical floods of the Adige River over the centuries.
Along the embankment of the Adige River we will reach Castelvecchio, the impotent castle of the Scaligeri family, or we can climb on the Funicular of Castel San Pietro and reach in a little more than a minute the panoramic point of Colle San Pietro, which offers its visitors one of the most suggestive and romantic views of the city.
In conclusion, we reach the Panoramic Terrace: from it, it is possible to admire the course of the Adige River that flows under Ponte Pietra and the historic center, with its bell towers and its architecture from every era.
