Cinque Terre Day Trip with Transport from Montecatini (Pistoia)

<p>Visiting <strong>Cinque Terre</strong> is truly a once in a lifetime experience, with its <strong>enchanting and unique five villages</strong>. We will depart early in the morning to ensure a full day of exploration in the villages! You will be amazed by the <strong>incredible sights</strong> and the <strong>colorful homes</strong> perched upon striking cliffs overlooking the <strong>blue sea</strong>.</p> <p>Our first stop of the day will be in <strong>Manarola</strong>. This town was historically <strong>a fishing village</strong>, but now it is known for its historical charm and <strong>local white wine</strong>! You may recognize it since it has gained fame from the incredible views! Spend plenty of time exploring the old town, taking photos at the <strong>panoramic view points</strong>, and dipping your toes into the sparkling water.</p> <p>Next, we will take a ten minute train ride to <strong>Vernazza</strong>. This old town is still widely used by <strong>local fisherman</strong>, and if you are lucky, you will see them returning from a morning’s work in their tiny boats. The <strong>delightful harbor</strong> feels like a step back in time, where you can enjoy views of the emerald water, <strong>colorful buildings</strong>, and children playing! Take a stroll through the alleyways and <strong>artesanal stores</strong> before heading to the next town.</p> <p>Your third stop of the day will be <strong>Monterosso</strong>, about ten minutes away by train. This town is most famous for its wide, <strong>white sand beach</strong>. Spend some time relaxing under the sun, swimming in the crystal blue water, and exploring the <strong>old town</strong>. Be sure to try some of the town’s <strong>homemade pesto </strong>before heading to the next town!</p> <p>We will travel to our last stop of the day, <strong>Riomaggiore</strong>, by <strong>scenic boat ride</strong>. Admire the unique perspective of the high cliffs, blue water, and brightly colored villages from the sea! Feel the breeze on your skin and take plenty of photos until we reach Riomaggiore.</p> <p>In <strong>Riomaggiore</strong>, enjoy the astonishing, <strong>panoramic views of the village</strong> perched high in the cliffs. As the sun begins to go down, the water will glow gold over the nature port, and the homes will have a special afternoon shine. Spend some time exploring the local streets and shops before heading back to Montecatini.</p>
