Tasting of Organic Mountains Wines with Vineyard and Cellar Tour
Discover and learn with us about the mountain wines of Monte Baldo: breath the mountain air while admiring Lake Garda shining on the horizon.
<p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">You will experience a wine tasting tour in a small winery located between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. We will take you on a tour in our vineyard to discover the vines and the nature that surrounds it. Strolling among the vines, you will learn how our mountain organic wines are born: the cheerful Charmat MeseMes extra brut method, the still whites TramiéTi traminer aromatic, the Bosco Bianco captivating blend, and the amazing red Del Coliel pinot noir 100%. Then, we will take you to the tasting room, which is framed by the wonderful view of Lake Garda. There, we will chat about how our vines are made, while enjoining a platter of local salami and cheeses and our home-made “giardiniera.”</p>

We are located on the hills of Lake Garda, where the favorable climate has allowed for many centuries to cultivate vines and to produce wines with an unmistakable taste and flavour, which tell the story of the beauty and history of the place. By visiting the vineyards you will discover which are the varieties used and the processing methods, constantly updated and evolving, in search of innovative practices to guarantee quality and sustainability. From the countryside to the bottle, we will go under the pergola, where you can taste a selection of white, red and rosé wines, accompanied by tasty platters of local products, such as soppressa veneta, local salami, cheeses and rustic bread sticks.<p></p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">In this cellar, you can also find own productions such as jams, honey, extra virgin olive oil and grappa.</p>

A Journey into Wine’s Tastes and Aromas
Tasting of four (organic) wines. We guide you to discover, recognize and find the distinctive fruit and spices bouquets in each wine.
<p>The experience starts with a visit and walk through the vineyard.</p>
<p>You’ll then go on with the tasting of four wines we produce.</p>
<p>You’ll be invited to <strong>smell the perfume</strong> of some<strong> spices, herbs and fresh fruit,</strong> that will guide you in recognizing, learning and <strong>finding the distinctive aromas of each wine.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The wines to taste are:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Bardolino, a young red wine from local vines</li><li>Bardolino Chiaretto, a roseé wine with a unique crispness</li><li>Garganega, a white wine with mineral aromas</li><li>Brol Grande, Bardolino Classico, a single vineyard red wine, aged in concrete tanks</li></ul>
<p>The experience takes place in our tasting room or, in the warm season, outside. The tasting is followed by a merenda with soppressa (local salami) and Monte Veronese (local cheese).</p>

Take your time to explore this small and still not very well-known jewel. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Thanks to this excursion, you can see all of Lake Garda in one day and, thanks to the guide, get to learn about historical and naturalistic anecdotes.</p>
