Allai city tour and visit to the tree house
With this guided tour you will begin a journey of discovery of Allai starting from one of the symbolic monuments of this small village, the Roman Bridge: you will discover the history of its thousand-year-old arches.

Semolina, water and salt will magically create the small balls of a millenary dish and you will live a real ritual among the scents of wheat. There are very few people in Sardinia able to produce this typical pasta by hand: for this reason, you will not only learn how to prepare it but you will become the guardian of an ancient knowledge.
