It includes: an abundant and tasty platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses, with Sardinian bread, a first course of gnocchetti with Sardinian sausage sauce, seasonal vegetables, and then wine, water, coffee, digestif, and finally delicious typical Sardinian desserts. The sailboat Mastro Pasqualino is an all-wood gozzo (latin sail sailing ship) built with the trebuchet system, typical of the southern Italian coasts. Its construction required various types of wood to give it the appearance of a period boat that characterises it. Mahogany, fir, azobé and Sardinian oak were used, all woods whose mechanical characteristics and response to humidity make them well suited to the construction of the boat's various components.
