Cooking class of traditional recipes in the countryside of Alghero

In fact, taking part in this experience will be like cooking at a friend's house.<br />You will prepare fresh pasta (ravioli, malloreddus and tagliatelle), you will learn how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients and between one preparation and another a small aperitif will be offered.
