You will learn to recognize these plants that grow wild in abundance when their time comes! You will know how to distinguish them and discover the characteristics of the environments they prefer to grow and thrive in!After the harvest, in the kitchen, Carla will involve you in the preparation of these herbs with simple cooking, to let you fully discover the aromas and scents they give off and imagine other and new combinations! Or perhaps you’d rather choose to delve into the secrets of handmade egg pasta and try your hand at preparing different pasta shapes after rolling out the dough! Always, the morning ends at the table!
