Sardinian fresh pasta workshop in Porto Torres

<p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">An experience for all fans or simply curious about typical Sardinian recipes: a laboratory of fresh pasta in Porto Torres, in the kitchens of a real restaurant! You will discover how to prepare symbolic dishes of Sardinia: the "culurgiones ogliastrini", "maccarones de busa" and Sardinian gnocchi. Your teachers for a day will be Simona and Annarita, who carry on the regional traditions inherited from generations and generations. A laboratory that will be created according to your level of preparation, where you can learn the basics to repeat at home. It starts with a well-come breakfast and ends with a nice taste and taking away the product.
